John G. Haubenreich graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with highest honors in 1973, and received his law degree from Emory University in 1976. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1976. John has been admitted to practice in many state and federal courts, and is a member of the bars of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
In addition to being a member of the State Bar of Georgia, John is a member of the Atlanta and American bar associations. John is also a member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta, and was elected president of the Lawyers Club in 2002, after serving on its executive committee from 1997. John is also a member of the Old War Horse Lawyers Club.
In 2002, John was appointed by the Supreme Court of Georgia to the State Disciplinary Board, and in 2005 was elected Chair of the State Disciplinary Board. John practices in the areas of corporate and business litigation, personal injury, and corporate law.
