Stacy Petroff Seidel is an associate with Seacrest, Karesh, Tate & Bicknese, where she is a member of the firm’s litigation team and entertainment law team. Her litigation practice concentrates in complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, general contract and tort law. Her entertainment practice concentrates on representation of talent in negotiating and drafting contracts.
Ms. Seidel’s previous legal experience includes positions as an associate at Grua, Jamo & Young in Lansing, Michigan, a law clerk at Wilkerson & Hegna in Edina, Minnesota, and a paralegal at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg in Chicago, Illinois.
A graduate of the University of Minnesota law school, Ms. Seidel received her J.D., cum laude, in 2003. Her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University is in Communications.
Ms. Seidel is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the Entertainment and Sports Law section and the General Practice and Trial section of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the State Bar of Michigan.
She is admitted to practice in the state of Georgia, including the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court; the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit; and the United States District Court, Northern District, Georgia. Ms. Seidel is also admitted to practice in the state of Michigan and the United States District Court, Western District, Michigan.
